How does this exceptional service work?

The more detail you can give us about an assignment, the better, so typically we ask questions about you or your client, the industry, the business need, the audience and their skill level.

Then we will send you, electronically, a short list of profiles of those who most closely match your needs. We will then put you in touch, usually by telephone, with your choice from that list.

Once a successful introduction has been made, all other detailed discussions can be conducted directly between yourself and the independent professional.

How long does this take?

For a simple request for one or two trainers/consultants, a shortlist will be sent to you within 24 hours, sometimes within the hour. To create international teams can take another 24 hours or more.

What does this service cost?

For you, the client, there is no fee for this resourcing service.

What about translations of materials?

We will undertake translation of all materials. To ensure quality, we check all previously translated materials.

What about adapting material?

We ensure that all material is presented in a way that maximises learning. This sometimes means recommending some changes to the material, the medium or the timing of workshops.

Does this include 'localising' materials?

We will be happy to advise when you, or we, feel that the material should be changed to reflect local conditions.
