Melanie Hollinshead is the founder of Hollinshead & Co. She has over twenty-five years of business management and organisational development experience, ten of which were spent full-time in the Far East and the South Pacific.

She was an independent consultant from 1986 to 2003, pulling together management, change, quality, continuous improvement and sales projects on behalf of her clients in Europe, Asia, Middle East, India, Canada, Australia and USA. Out of this experience, came a wide network of professionals, all of whom have been highly successful with very demanding clients. Clients and intermediaries have been accessing the Hollinshead & Co specialist network since 1995.
